If you notice it, their synchronization works because there is no lead dancer which allows them to merge from different spots. Every dancer is in the front, in the back, on the sides, and at the center which means that all of them are excellent.

@@nickcdrw Jabbas are all professional dancers w families/kids, dance studios teaching classes contracts w Vegas hotel entities etc. Avantgardey are still mostly young students still on the come up and ARE ALL super cool and stylish also just my opinion.

Yeah, it's public voting. With all due respect to Hurricane, he is a cute doggie, but ... lol. If this show were judged by professionals, not the subjective preference of the general public, those girls would have annihilated the competition.

@@foraiur45 They already have a lot of success. They are very popular in Japan, and especially Akane-sama, the choreographer, is highly appreciated there. As for talent shows ... they are always annoying, because they are partly scripted and partly rely on public vote, which of course makes for weird and sometimes ridiculous outcomes.

I honestly wish they had like a bunch of categories for talent cuz there were just SO many amazing and different performers this year. I wouldn't be able to choose a single one as 'the best'! I LOVE these amazing women, I loved Gabriel, Hurricane, and so many other acts...too much talent!!!

Hands up for their choreographer, Akane. The pressure and stress she felt finding out they can't use their music they want and just scrap it out and make another routine in just 2 days and still gave us an amazing performance! Edit: Even if this routine is not really a "new" routine. It's just make me think the way they have to really connect and match everything from the dance to their new song they're going to if that makes sense. AND I'M BEYOND AMAZE HOW THIS MAYOI MICHI ROUTINE FITS ON ABBA'S SONG!

３日ぐらい前に著作権の関係で6ヶ月練習した本当のダンスを踊られへん事が分かったらしいやん 僅か２日で曲を変えて振り付け変えて練習してこのクオリティ！ 感動したわ😭

アヴァンギャルディのダンスが、ダンサー同士の同期だけでなく、歌詞とどれほど緻密に同期しているのか、英語圏の皆さんにもようやく伝えられたようなのが、とても嬉しいです。 アヴァンギャルディの素晴らしいダンスを通じて、世界の人たちと、奇妙さやちょっとした可笑しさ、不気味さなどといった、これまでにあまりない感情要素で繋がれるのもイイ！ AGTに出場してくださって本当によかったなぁと思います！

Absolutely phenomenal. When you consider that they had less than a week and were so precise and so excellent, they deserve to win. They were the best dance act this season by far. Love them. I hope they win.

Another excellent song choice, costumes (and how they used them!) , the choreography and the inclusion of their faces in the frames on both sides of the stage! Fresh, funny, scary, innovative and just downright fun and joyful!!

They had only 2 days to come up with this routine after they found out they couldn't clear the licensing of the music they wanted to use, so they started from scratch.

本番2日前に音源が使えなくなって、振り付け的に多分迷い道でいくつもりだったんだろうなって思うけど、この曲もアバンギャルディらしさが出ててめっちゃいい❣️(今までで1番好きかも) 2日前に変更したとは思えないクオリティ…！！ 激戦の大会で3回もパフォーマンスできて、世界にアバンギャルディの良さが知れて本当に嬉しいよ😭 元気もらったよ、本当にお疲れさまでした！！！

I think there are a lot of difficult things in work and everyday life, so I just wish I could create a world or something like that where people who happened to come across something would forget about the difficult daily life. I think we will be happy if we can deliver a live performance. These are the words of Avant Gardey choreographer and director Akane.

Avantgardey achieved this goal with this performance for me. I can watch it over and over again. In fact it is fascinating how every girl brings her own style and facial expressions into this performance. I wish, I could zoom in more at some moments while at the same time a few times the camera is zoomed in too much. It is mind boggling and awesome. And, I get the feeling that they truly enjoy the dances themselves and have fun together. And while this was rather improvised, it is as Simon said the best performance of them yet in AGT and one of my top favourites of all time.

アバンギャルディにとってweirdはもはや褒め言葉ですね！ 不気味で奇妙でミステリアスで生きている人間ではないような不思議な動きが音楽とガチッと合っててほんと惹き込まれます😳 インタビューの時はめちゃくちゃノリが良くて可愛いところも大好き😍 今回は通訳さんが左側←にいてくれてて良かった😂 他の方のコメントで音源が急遽変更になったと知りました。きっと慌てたでしょうけど短時間でもビシッと仕上げて大舞台で披露できるのは、これまでさまざまな場所で臨機応変にパフォーマンスをこなしていることと日々の鍛錬の賜物だと思いました！本物のエンターテイメント集団だと思います！ とにかく素晴らしかったですありがとうアバンギャルディ😭🎉

1人1人のレベルの高さと協調性がずば抜けていることが分かる😭✨ こんな早いテンポで細すぎる振り付けで1人が少しでも間違えればすぐ分かるはずなのに、ズレは少しも見られない✨ これだけの人数でここまでシンクロできて振り付けに構成に、目まぐるしく変わるのに常に美しいフォーメーションを保つことができるグループは唯一無二だと思う🤩🏆🥇

ダンスが上手いグループは数多く存在しますが、こんなに上手く面白く引き込まれるのは、アバンギャルディ唯一無二だと思います。毎日見てしまいます。相当な練習量、想像がつきます。頑張ったんでしょうね。インスタも見てますが皆さん、個性豊かで楽しいです。これからも活躍してほしいです。

I can almost guess that it was a JPOP song. The Japanese music industry is notorious for being incredibly difficult when it comes to letting their music being used or played outside of Japan. The fact their previous JPOP songs were allowed was surprising to me, even Chibi Unity being able to use a One OK Rock song was a surprise. Shout out to Yoasobi and One OK Rock and Hiromi Iwasaki.

@@dejavoodoo44 Probably Mayoi Michi (another 70's Japanese hit), from which the first half of this routine appears mainly derived. Seems they chose this song for of ease of clearing rights at the last minute and because of a similar tempo.

At 0:45, the audience went crazy because right after Sono popped in front of the camera doing the funny expression, she danced backwards while staying in sync without needing to get a visual cue from the team. Unfortunately, it was outside the view of this video. It was lit af.

彼女たちがアメリカで３回のパフォーマンスを披露し、ダンスにはまだまだ新しい見せ方があるのを伝えられた事が何より嬉しい。 新しいのはプロデューサーのアカネのスタイルですが、ダンサーのアバンギャルディはベーシックなダンスレッスンを積み重ねたダンサーたち。 ダンス表現は色々あり、好みも別れます。 ですが、『お金を払っても今すぐ見たいダンサーは？』と尋ねられたら間違いなく答えは『アバンギャルディ！』😍

阿波踊りいれてるの天才すぎる、、 急遽、音源を変更しなければいけなくてmoneyになったとしても、予定していたJPOPの何かの曲より、 これの方がアメリカの方々には分かりやすくてよかったかもしれないですね！ これはこれで新しいアバンギャルディが見れたので私は嬉しいです！！

準決勝のアイドルも後半英語はかなり良かったと思うし、トラブルがあったにしてもこの曲で挑戦できたことは、他の国でもパフォーマンスできるきっかけになると思う。 逆にアバンギャルディにとって良かったと思う。

AVANTGARDEY WE LOVE YOU❤❤❤❤Avantgardey was the best act & for me the winners. During the competition they showed the greatest originality, creativity, complexity & execution, above & beyond the other acts. The skill level is a testament to their commitment, dedication & devotion to their choreographer & craft. That this performance was developed in two days, due to original song change, is remarkable. The choreographer Akane is very gifted. The music video with Avantgardey & other acts shows their ability & versatility. None of the other acts could have done this. I'm pretty sure that the videos of Avantgardey's performances are being watched more times, over & over, than any other act. Their music selections & dance moves are compelling, energizing & FUN!!! 普段特にダンスを観るわけではないのですが、AGTでアバンギャルディを知ってからの３か月、この日までずっと楽しみにしていました。まるでジャンボ宝くじの発表を待つように。結果はどうであれ、世界中にこの楽しいグループが知られたことを自分のことのように嬉しく思います。どんどん海外でも活躍してほしいです！楽しい時間をありがとう!!

No kidding! So tired of the sob stories. So over done. Just perform. No story. Just perform. No background. Just perform... sorry... but it doesn't matter if your blind or have a brain disorder. JUST PERFORM. It's just more pure and validating.

at AGT we saw a lot of good singers, magicians, dancers, acrobats, dog trainers... But we have never seen such a dance group as AVANGARDIS. These girls radiate positive energy. this is like hypnosis. you can look at this forever. This is not just a breath of fresh air on AGT, it is a Hurricane of fresh air! They are 100% the best on AGT in the entire history of this program! 👏👏👏👍💪✌️

Honestly this performance really sold me that Avantgardey could be a big time Vegas type show. The mix of the huge screen behind them, really does help sell that they could fill a huge stage. Idol is still probably my favorite performance just because it hit so hard, but still, great job to all the dancers and the choreographer for an amazing run.

阿波おどりに泣けた😢最後のポージングも奇妙でカッコ良かった😂振り付けをそこまで変える事なく、合う曲を選んだ感じだったけど凄過ぎる😆 アカネさんもメンバーも最善を尽くした感があって最高でした。感謝🙏

1日に何回も見返してしまうぐらいの魅力はいったいどこから来ているのだろう ダンスの完成度も凄いと思うけど、ベストを尽くしているかつ、見ている人を楽しませようというのが伝わってくるからかな？ とりあえず素晴らしいです。

Choreographer Akane - the leader of Avangardey cared very much about young Putri on her radio show. At the same time, she told listeners that Hurricane was so much lovable and devoted. And with this lovely Hurricane's winning, she was grateful that the tournament ended peacefully. She is a so gifted young lady with a burning heart and inexhaustible kindness. That is the reason why these girls adore her so much.

Avantgardey instantly became my favorite AGT act this year the first time I saw them. I honestly don't think any other act is even close to their overall excellence.

Whatever the outcome, these girls and their genius choreographer have the attention and adoration of the world. That’s why Simon asked them if they sang and Howie wants to collaborate with them. They see Avantgardey’s potential to make it big time. This exposure is so much bigger than the prize itself

@@Dodger0103 You're so right. It may have been a blessing in disguise for them not to become part of the AGT "stable" of performers. They don't need any predatory exploitation but rather venues to independently thrive and showcase their extreme talent.

アバンギャルディのダンスの中だと「迷い道」が1番好きで、今回のダンスがそのアレンジみたいな感じだったから、見ててとても感動したし嬉しかった

他の方のコメントで著作権の関係で音源を急遽変更し、たった二日間でこれを 仕上げたと知って尚更に驚愕しました！どこまでスキルが高いのかと。 結果的にはアバのマネーになってこのアメリカの舞台では説得力が増した気がします。 舞台装置と曲、そしてダンスが一体になっている素晴らしい完成度と思います。 人形が踊りだしたような神秘性、そして可愛げのある奇抜さが強調されて素晴らしい！ サイモンも立ち上がった！

@@jonathankenyon6554 It doesn't seem to have been reported accurately, but I think it's probably ``Mayoimichi'' or ``kamome-ga-tondahi'' from ``Watanabe Machiko.'' Japan's copyright association is unusually picky.

入りがめちゃくちゃ良くて引き込まれるんだよなあ。 バックミュージックの歌い初めの直前までの部分だけで、100回以上リピートしてる。 ダンスだからといって激しい動きじゃなくても、その一瞬の間や、表現、スロースピードに目を奪われる。 その瞬間だけ、自分の心と体はその世界観に吸い込まれていると言ってもいい。 そう考えると、それを生み出した振付する方の才能が本当に恐ろしいし、素晴らしい。
