I'm still trying to figure out how they managed to escape like that. My mind is blown, and I love how they disguised themselves as camera people and shocked not just Simon, but me too. Great performance!

Spoiler: Prerecorded video, when they stepped into the barrels, they actually went inside the platform under the barrels and were moved away backstage. There is one person already hidden behind the barrels(safe from explosions). The act itself (removing the handcuffs) is performed by a third person who was hidden. You can also see that the arms react like it belongs to one person. Bang Boom Pow, The 2 guys come from backstage dressed as camera crew.

@@kjkarits You got everything right! I see that the man is hidden in between the barrels towards the back and that it's left and right hands. The explosions must be tiny so that it doesn't effect the man hiding in between the barrels. This is like a magic acto rather than an escape act. And the handcuffs are obviously gimmicked too!

Já passaram alguns por lá, tem um cara que tem um grupo de acrobatas que se não me engano terminou em 2, o Alan Silva que tbm é acrobata que acho que foi até as finais e dois senhores que se classificaram, mas nos cortes foram eliminados. Esses são alguns.

They did an excellent job pulling this off! They had me in the palm of their hands. (No Pun Intended) What makes this escape unique from other escape artists who show up behind the judges, we could see their hands outside the barrel up to the last minute. I watched this again and tried to figure out when they left the barrels and didn't see it happen. Their performance was flawless.

She actually explained why she does that. It’s because the lights are so bright that she uses the “hand binoculars” to diffuse the lights from her eyes. 👀

@@macieporterfield316 the people are still there it's a pre recorded tape that transitions to them in the barrels. When they first get in the other people in the place there hands out of the barrel it's not their hands. Then they go in the bottom compartment in the floor it is then rolled off the stage. Then when the people are in the barrels they are already in the middle hiding spot when they had stuck their hands out of the barrel so when it explodes their still in the middle hence why u can't see them.

There was a 3rd person in the middle of the barrels. He was the one who got handcuffed. As you can see when they get into the barrels the hands pop up. The video of them waiting in the barrels is pre recorded. Look at the hands when they are handcuffed together. They are identical and have hair in the same area on each hand. The 2 guys went thru the trap door in the stage as you can see there's a black mat under the barrels hiding the door. Go back and watch the video and you'll see it wasn't good at all.a

@@darkskin_chick568, it didn’t blow up. It was a little firework. The person was safe in the middle compartment. These acts are lame as hell. They are never in danger. They always are in complete control. They went in the barrel then went right out the the back.

@@brandonsmith5673 trap door under the stage. Look at the black mat under the barrels on the stage covering up the trap door. Your 100% spot on. Not impressive at all. When they showed up at the judges table I went back and watched when they got in the barrels. It was obvious there was a 3rd person in them lol. The hands that were handcuffed were also identical and both had hair on them in the same areas.

The best? It took me 30 secs to figure out what they did lol. I instantly thought they must've gone thru a trap door in the stage and they did lol. Then looked at how they got in the barrels and the hands that were handcuffed weren't theirs and they hands were identical which obviously means it was a another person in the barrels. Look at the black mat under the barrels lol there is a cloth or mat on the stage.

Here's how they did it. What they showed on the screen was prerecorded. When they got into the barrels they escaped through a hatch into the staircase that was taken off stage. The hands you saw were stunt doubles. Lastly they just ran back on stage.

@@426snn I think he is right, they scaped as soon as they got into the barrels but in the air was just one person, if you look the skin color of both hands is the same, so i believe that both hands were part of the same person who was a double, and if you pay attention to the exposion there is a space between the barrels where a person can totally fit to hide in there..

It was obvious to me that it was 1 person (3rd guy) inside, hiding in the middle between barrels during explosion. You can see the hands belong to one person, as they faced each other

This is probably the best danger acted over ever seen on this show like every other danger act is basic but these 2 included magic in it as well so I’d say they set the bar pretty high in my opinion ☺️

It wasn't good at all lol. There's a trap door under the barrels that's how they snuck out and appeared at the judges table. Let's not forget about the 3rd person still inside the barrels whose hands were the ones that were handcuffed lol. Look at the hands when they are cuffed together. They both are identical and they both have hair in the same area on each hand lol. Like I said this was nothing special at all.
