Mason, thank you. Nice to know I'm not the only one to see that these guys have no talent. The only reason they came in second is because the viewing audience is mostly younger people who are ignorant or actually believe in the 'spiritual powers'. Such a scam, and their presentation really sucks.

The Clairvoyants are back and dazzling us with more mind bending WOW moments. They were my favorite act last season. So glad they're doing a tour. Hopefully I can go see them live. You know it's a good trick when no one can rationally explain how it was done.

Joshua Erhart Guessing you've never auditioned since the contracts state that bribing the producers and/or judges is grounds for disqualification. I signed it myself when I shot my behind-the-scenes video in 2016 & also got word from my friend Chris Jones who hypnotized Howie Mandel. I think, however, for someone to believe a routine like this "must be staged" is a great compliment to performers of my field :)

Here's my explanation: First trick - Howie confirmed that he was touched on his "hands, head and shoulder". We see several shoulder touches and a weird touch from the back, which wasn't mentioned. The weird touch might be using a string or quickly extending stick of some sorts to touch Howie's left arm from the back. The head touches must've come from the blindfold or some device attached to howie's back at the same time as the blindfold was being put on / removed, and were the only "remote" touches. Second trick - The word "sunshine" is forced on Mel via the magic "box - first deck falls into a hidden comparment and all the cards inside are actually "sunshine". Forcing the word into Howie's head is the trickiest one to explain... I don't think it was subliminal suggestion (unreliable) or anything visual (too obvious), so they must've sent audio somehow. The fingers in his ears don't actually play a role in the presentation of the trick, Mel never says "sunshine" out loud before Howie. So, my best guesses are vibration, from a plate underneath or something attached to Howie, which gets amplified when you stick your fingers in your ears (try sticking fingers in your ears and tapping your face). Or it could be positional speakers that can only be heard within a few meters of Howie. Note how they precisely position him for the second trick. So the speakers would be broadcasting the word just loud enough to be heard by Howie, but he would have a hard time pinpointing the source with fingers in his ears.

for all the people saying "The people who should have won" yes these people are amazing, and the spot they took they deserved. but also grace did deserve it she did not just take a cover and sing it, she is SO young and she was making songs with no fear singing her own songs that are really affectionest. I think last season their acts weren't staged, but since they're not competing this season the judges are in on it for entertainment purposes
